    Next I’ll do my 86 k5 with the orange gauges. I can’t find an orange that is exactly the same. Testors orange fluorescent was close but I didn’t like the glowing orange look. Tangerine gloss is a bit lighter but should turn out ok since the rest of the gauge face has lightened up over the years.

    I just repainted the gauge needles and red markings using model paint on my 1979 K10. Turned out great. The paint levels out really well but you can tell it’s been painted. Still a big improvement over the faded look.
