I personally don't see any rust. There's surface rust but I don't see pitting or anything. Wire brush and shoot it with semi gloss and be looking good.- squaredeal91

What size crush washers for front caliper banjo bolt?

10 or 12 wides?

Your problem reminded me of this. Once apon a time on a small block Chevy, I instantly stopped using the red cap delo 15w40 when it started leaking from the rear main seal right after oil change. NAPA Power Steering Pump?
I only use ATF. Wonder if those pumps don't like the fluid. Maybe try atf instead. I know that the reman pumps and boxes from Napa are all tested in the factory with merc5. Maybe that's the whole problem??- squaredeal91

I did a fird SD axle under one because it was cheaper lol. I recommend getting 2004 and up like I did. The earlier ones looked the same but is actually a Dana 50 not a 60. Burning hei coils
