Wobbly power steering pump pulley
Worth trying. That old pump might last for years. The steering pump on the 77 looks original. Replaced the original leaky lines a year ago and it’s smooth and leak free.- Grit dog

Front spring question
Ya tough call. If the truck is otherwise straight then you could put a little coil spacer in the saggy side and see how it looks. 1/2” ain’t much if it drives good. Should still be fine with a smidge of lift? I like cheap simple solutions.- Grit dog

Coolant Hose Popped Off the Thermostat
That Altitude shouldn’t affect the coolant enough to matter. But you’re correct it affects boiling point, say straight water at like 10kft alt boils at under 200deg.- Grit dog

Great idea, except the “factory drop in”option is a NA 6.2 with anemic power. And turboing the 6.2 or dropping in a 6.5 mechanical TD is a project and a rabbit hole you don’t sound experienced enough to go down and not be frustrated. Agreed, but unless the OP is making a wheeler or planning on hauling really heavy cargo loads frequently, a solid 1/2 ton frame will serve the same purpose. Give. There are many ways to wire in a second battery from straight up parallel connection to any number of solenoids, relays/isolators. You gotta find the squeak first. In my experience a little pulley wobble is not synonymous with squeaky belt. Engine High Pitch Whining
If it goes away quick, more difficult to diagnose, but to check belts/pullies, you can spray a little water on them while running. May be hard to track the exact pulley but can narrow down to which belt if it’s not a serpentine setup.- Grit dog

Water leak on floor, not sure how to fix
90% chance cleaning out the built up organic materials down in the cowl drain, which I think? is your last pic, will cure the issue. Cowl cavity should drain out freely on each side. If you fill the cowl with water and it’s leaking in where you show, that’s the most likely cause. -
Do I restore my AC or?
I don’t understand…scary because it came from Idaho? Whatever… it charged up the old Durango with ice cold AC for a summer before selling it. After replacing a damaged condenser. Didn’t seem too scary.- Grit dog
