    Did you check the fuel line...make sure there's no intermittent clogging of the line in the filter? Filter somewhere you haven't looked yet? inline downstream near the tank? Just throwing out more options....best of luck!

    I tried to get the glass replaced in my 1978 Scottsdale a few years ago in SC. I was told by several companies that due to insurance reasons they did not install in a Squarebody truck as old as mine. I was shocked. Only local mom and pop stores would even speak to me.     What have you done to your square lately??

    Took off the front hub, pounded out the races, bought POR-15 paint and painted the hub. Pulled out the Axle and ordered new Spicer u-joints. Cleaned up the knuckle and pounded that sucker till it came off. Then we deep cleaned the knuckle and ordered new ball joints. I tell ya, I love this...

    Transfer case identification

    Go around the back side...look for the three bolts in the circle in this pic. If you see the three bolts its a 205. If not, odds are you have a 203.

    The Lowmax kit is $2500 dollars. AND you cannot use your case, it has to be a special Lomax case. I cant spend that much on a TC at this time.

    No sensor needed. I want a strong build. I would rather go 205 but the gearing isnt quite there for what I want. I am researching the doubler Vbb was talking about, but that requires more mods and dollars. So far I am leaning that way, but I am going with a 4L60e and need to research the details...
