New - Reproduction OEM Floor mats
Yeah or blue. I still have my original blue ones for the 'Burb (front and rear bench) but they're so chalky and degraded I just use them to keep water from flowing through the holes in the top of my CJ7. Doesn't do much but better tan keeping that falling apart crap in my square- RecklessWOT

kind of yes and no. A longer dwell time will lead to more attacing to the surface but if there's not enough nickel in the solution, there's just not enough. That solution should be a much darker emerald green, probably pretty diluted. May have something to do with why you didn't get a great coating. Also a raw nickel coating is not shiny, it will come out looking like a matte grey color (maybe "semi gloss" in some situations), needs to be polished...- RecklessWOT

Yep, pretty much sums it up. Though I wouldn't go by stickers nowadays, it would be so easy for someone to slap the wrong sticker on there when doing a restoration.
