    depends on how much you put down mine is only 1/8 inch or so but it helps stop rust and it easier to clean than carpet plus it doesnt hold water like carpet

    to fix ur problem if u have a mechanical clutch system remove and install a hydraulic system which will make the clutch easier to engage and release if it is already hydraulic look at upgrading it

    personally i would not engage 4x4 on the fly its not good for the T-case the manufacture tells you to first go into neutral and then 4x4 and vice versa if you do do it on the fly you can do it at about 15 mph

    i had a similar problem like that and i changed the ignition module, tps sensor, electronic spark control module, coil, cap and rotor, spark plug wires and spark plugs, also make sure your distributor hold down is tight and the cap does not spin easily that is how i fixed mine

    its probably the flasher then since you should here a click that is quiet but can still be heard another thing you can do to test is connect a test light to one side of the flasher and creat a circuit and see if the light on the test light flashes if not replace the flasher the other flasher...

    the tbi system is very picky and every thing has to be perfect i would install the 02 sensor into the new headers but then again im not an expert maybe some one else has information that can help you
