chev c 10 fuel problem
Do you have a vented gas cap? Sounds like you are creating a vacuum in your tank and it needs vented. Those glass filters are scary and I don't recommend using one. 1985 c10 350 carb issues?
You will need to modify the idle tubes in the quadrajet for it to idle with the cam and engine difference. Also change your power piston spring. Q-Jet choke plate stuck open
The zip tie may have been there to keep it open because it wasn't adjusted correctly. When engine is warm, it should be all the way open on its own.- Quadrajet Power

It should work for you if you get the choke coil placed correctly to your choke arm so it will engage. Make sure it is sealed off so you don't have vacuum leak and don't use the gasket. Choke coil needs to ground itself to the body.- Quadrajet Power
