    Well I got lucky and found a diesel van at the pull and pay. Grabbed the coolant crossover and tested it and the main issue was that it hit the drivers side bracket on one of the compressor bolt mounts. Little time with the angle grinder and it fits, although pretty tightly.

    Some of the suspension bushings are very dry rotted and I would rather replace everything at or around the same time so it wears evenly and I can tell the difference to see how the ride has changed.

    Here are my mounts. I think these are the mounts anyway, well the last two anyway. I tend to stay away from impact tools. I've got some breaker bars and extensions I'll use. Plus a bit of pipe from the local hardware store to give me some more leverage.

    It will be nice to not have to adjust the v-belts every couple of months and have to re-tighten everything with a big ol piece of wood. Plus I get to add a higher capacity water pump, a fan that pulls more air over the engine, and a larger amperage alternator.

    So you don't get a cockeyed body? Would look a little funny going down the road when the right side gets there before the left. I've heard you have to remove the tension bars or torque bars on the tailgate beforehand so you don't bend the body to hell. Any truth to that?

    Should be. 85 and up have the washer pump mounted in/on the bottle and is wired through the headlight harness.

    Power steering pump came today so I got that mounted up and the pulley put on. I need to figure out how to get the bolts off the back of the other pump I have as they seem to be a pain in the ass to get out.
