Double wall exhaust system, anybody do it ?

The other issue is the fact that the fuel is pressurized while passing the heat source. the pressure lowers the boiling point of the liquids and can cause vapor lock where a standard mechanical vacuum fuel pump would not. crap...i had that backwards....nevermind

    Another awesome accessory (BLUETOOTH)

Every one of these i have owned were not powerful enough to get a clear signal to my FM receiver. One of the pitfalls of living in a metro area with an overabundance of stations in the area i guess.

    Funny sorry about my interior

In my teenage years i "worked" at a local salvage yard as a parts puller. we would almost always pull all of the vents loose on higher end cars because of the one time a diamond ring was found in the defroster of a caddy. best thing i ever found was spare change and about 25 rds of 9mm

Those will even have the bolt holes line up if you bend the rear mounting tabs up instead of the downward angle they were originally.

    Ryobi 1/2" impact

I have the Dewalt for the same reason as curbstone, i didn't want multiple chargers/batteries. IMHO you should spring for the largest version of impact that your battery platform will support. There is a huge difference between the 300+ ftlbs i get with my heavy DW059B compared to the 145ftlbs i...

Can anyone school me on how the 73-75 k5 doesn't collapse on itself?

I am currently working on the front end of mine and can tell you that even the frame flexes quite a bit as well. I had to weld a plate on the side where the shock mounts and you could see the bare frame flex just from the position of the jack stand

Any good hacks/upgrades you've come up with for our trucks

Everyone talking about hidden switches so I figured I would share mine. Did a steering column replacement and installed a free salvaged 96 or 97 column in my old 82 Blazer. After rewiring all of the new switches to my accessories I had the floor switch for the high beams free and spliced into...
