    I tried that already, going 35,000 miles @ 35mph requires A LOT of time and probably a couple burnt up drills lol.

    Whenever I get my truck finished I will have zero miles on everything and my odometer is at about 65,000 right now. So is there a way to reset it to read 0? I'm pretty sure its illegal but my truck is exempt from odometer anyways.

    Called up the trans shop again and they said they will put the 2wd shaft in but they won't supply the adapter.

    I got it figured out now, I called them out and they only want the part that sticks out. Right now I'm running 700r4/208 and from the performance one I would be running 350/208

    I still havent bought a trans yet and I am still exploring my options, I went to a performance transmission shop and they asked me that they would need to know my current output shaft length so it will fit right my t case.

    Thanks Hotrod, one more question is there way to tell how long an output shaft is on a trans without tearing the whole thing apart?

    Set up is asking $300, don't think its a bad deal really. That driveshaft I could just sell and make a couple bucks, I could break even or close to it by selling my 700R4/208

    Found an add on c-list with a TH350 bolted to a NP205 and the t case has the rear attached yoke - $300. Then in the same add a TH350 with a NP208 - $150. Thats all the information I got, haven't called him up yet and its not a 1000 miles away.

    Good point with new wheels, the new gears or new wheels might offset each other with the price. But then ill have heavy duty axles, plus I think theres something broke in one of my front locks right now. I got time to decide.

    My school is a lot different, we have to sign liability sheets for every shop class. Your actually required to bring in your own stuff for a couple of classes, we have maybe 350 high schoolers all together but you'll see vehicles up on the car lift quite a bit.
