yep that'd be the one,.. I do love the way the full fenders look but I'm worried I'll tear them off... Alot of the places I go to camp and climb/cave get pretty narrow in places... Wish i could post picks from this crappy phone, there is a sweet pic of a burb with the full fenders on... -

Great thread HR.. I did this to a Honda civic I had years ago... No big stereo or anything just did it for the hell of it mostly, but I was amazed at the difference it made.. Headlights were brighter, started and ran better too... Plan on doin this to the burn soon..- heffalump

Something like this is what I had in mind, I like the way stock dually fenders look but I'm pretty sure I'd end up bashing them against a tree on one of my camping or climbing trips -

Very nice sir.. Wish I could've found a 4X4 one when I bought the burb... One day I'll find one worth buying.. The few I did find were mostly junk and still over priced... -

Had to replace the dist. cap and coil on the burb. Got called in at 6 this morning cause of all the snow, got in the suburban and nothin... Messed with it forever finally gave up and drove the blazer.. Turns out the dist. and coil were basically falling apart. -

West Coast Mirrors on square?
I may be wrong but I think you can take the bracket that the mirror is on off and bolt the mirror to the top and bottom door brackets... My dad and grandpa did this to a dad's 77 wrecker...- heffalump

steering column help/info....
So the column in my blazer is shot, wore out, and busted from someone trying to steal it before I owned it. My question is this... what years will fit and still have all the stuff on it i need for headlights, blinkers, wipers and such? Also is there any other makes that will interchange... -

That's a damn good lookin burb ya got...my suggestion... do a little at a time and see how it goes.. maybe lower it first then change the rims and go from there... I do agree that it shouldn't be hacked up because it's so original but it is yours so do whatever turns you on...- heffalump
