Power window Stuck
Most likely the window switch. Problem is, it could be either the driver side switch or passenger door switch. At least that's been my experience. The way GM wired them, could be either one. -

Thanks for the kind words fella's. The 55 is fun and for obvious reason near and dear to my heart. While it looks great in the pictures it has its battle scars and is showing its age. Been on the road since 1987 with that paint and interior. That very car is what led me into the collision...- Paint guy

Epoxy over Ospho. Yes or no?
I don't know of any paint company that recommends etch primer over sand blast profile. These parts should be epoxied. Your best bet would be to get them back from blaster and put a couple good coats of epoxy on them as soon as possible. Then at your leisure you can poke out dents and do your...- Paint guy
