    Hey ya'll, I just drop both tanks on my 84 chevy c10. Both had rust inside. So before i re-install the motor I'm going to change these out. Gonna buy new ones. Any recommendations. any difference from the black painted ones and the steel ones? thanks

    Sure will. Yea, brushed all of it. that por-15 dries harder than a rock!!! If you wanna do it right, have them cut it cut and replace with new metal. Not sure how "bondo" will hold up. I jus basically said if im gonna do it, im gonna go it right and not have to worry about it every again...

    Repair firewall rust holes

    Wanted to get ya'lls advice on how to go about reparing holes in the firewall. I have 3 spots on the firewall that has holes due to rust. Water came through the cow past the old hard sealant. I will post some pics as soon as possible. the largest hole is about 1"-2" wide X 4" long. Thanks
