    Anyone got a picture of this little door and the actuator and how it's installed? My truck is an 86 gmc k1500. I know how the actuator goes on, what I'm having difficulty with is how to hook the return spring. I can't seem to find what the return spring is supposed to hook up to.

    what exactly are you looking for? all you should really need is a new set of headers, some pipe, mufflers of choice (if you want to utilize mufflers at all) and you should be good to go. As far as the heat riser goes, since your in Oklahoma I don't know that I would worry about it too much...

    I was mistaken, the switch on the drivers side of the firewall is the one for your T.C. lockout and if i remember right you want to hook it up to manifold vacuum. The way it was explained to me was when your just cruising along the throttle blades are closed and the engine creates more vacuum...
