turn signal issue
Ya everything brake and turn signal go to that turn signal switch so if your inputs are good basically brake switch then your turn signal switch is next this was a problem for me and probably many others- Dave 84

Dodge dana 60 king pin for k5
So the torque on these kingpins are 600 ft bl! In the past I barrowed one but now that is not an option 600 ftbl I think I'm just going to give it all the gun has got and then put a breaker bar and a Jack handle and give it some umpf pounds what do you guys think- Dave 84

Ok got all the bearing pressed on set pinion preload and bolted in the carrier double checked back lash it changed to 9 thousandths while I like it a little tighter than that I wasn't going to press out bearings. pattern was still perfect!- Dave 84

Well hell I didn't think an 85 had a knock sensor can you take a picture and post it? Secondly the plastic is supposed to be crimped on by the body of the sensor and should not rotate test the sensor to make sure it can read ac current a lab scope would be best or mabey a good meter!- Dave 84

Fuel Return Line
A fuel pump with 2 ports will be fine to plug the the return if you have a three port then just hook up the return I think there not mandatory since alot of return pumps the return line port gets clogged and doesn't effect anything! Get a inline fuel pressure gauge there cheap then decide if...- Dave 84

454 BBC Fuel Problem?
Okay alot of times the rubber lines get too old and soft that they collapse and end up not letting fuel pass go underneath the truck and just by hand feel the fuel hose to see if it squishy if any are then stop and replace all rubber line! This happens alot!- Dave 84

350 Cutting out at High Idle?
I would definitely recommend a good visual check also is it a q jet? -

Just do your checks to verify your changing the right part when it comes to electrical it could be anything you know does sound like a motor BUT definitely could be the switch or other parts of the circuit you know!- Dave 84
