I ordered the 22-402, (http://www.generalspringkc.com/product_p/22-402.htm) which is suppose to be the stock 3 leaf spring, but it is NOT the same arch as the stock spring. The stock spring has a negative 2" arch, the 22-402 is 7/16" thicker and has a positive arc of almost 2" which basically...- texnet

Let me clarify... When the truck is on the ground in normal driving position, the front shocks are all the way to the extended position except about 1.5 ".. so when I hit a bump, the truck has ONLY about 1.5" of travel to the TOP of the shock... Also, everything is installed correctly...- texnet

I did get the Dayton 22402 3 leaf springs, installed them and all new bushings a few weeks ago. They look much better than the old springs, which actually did have 2 leafs, just didn't see the other one. Sounds to me like the fuel pump is leaking internally. The most likely cause is a hole in the diaphragm.- texnet

What have you done to your square lately??
Today I pulled all the A/C hoses and flushed the system getting it ready to upgrade from R12 to R134A. During the process I decided to replace all the A/C hoses so I will order new ones on Monday. I already have all the green o'rings, new accumulator, adapter tube and R12-R134a adapters... -

Since you did not state what engine, cam and lifters I can only assume you installed a flat tappet (not roller) cam and lifters... if so did you properly break in the camshaft and did you add a zinc additive to the oil prior to starting the engine?
