The only thing it can be is the distributor or computer Idk if it's the computer cause it pulls codes fine but I'm also having issues starting I now have to barely put my foot on gas to start and smog I like to get rid of it
Still deciding on if o should keep tbi just put holley tbi or if i should change convert over to normal 350 Carb engine Just trying make it more reliable when I go fishing trips. Any suggestions.
Thinking about changing mine over to carb putting complete new crate on but Idk now if you need screw tranny night be cheaper to just keep mine way it is just wanna get rid of smog.

Hey guys whats best fuel pump and sending unit. I put a spectra in it last year and its sending unit is funky making gauge read over a hafe tank I have to tap on gauge moved barely. I ran out of gas thinking it was this full.

I reset it it was plugged in made sure, made sure I reset computer then started it still cold blooded it stalls gotta give it gas then went to normal idle for 5 mins then the idle changed it seemed looked and light is back on and put pin in and popped up same code so Idk

check fuel pump might be bad and sending unit. they go bad or check your fuses. check if you have gas. id check also poor little fuel in carb and if it tries to fire up then most likely fuel pump. check fuel lines too.

Sounds like sending unit i replaced mine and recently my gauge sometimes tries to go up more then it normally i tap on gauge goes down so idk just old chevys gauges how they are.
