    rear roll pan

They will be flushed in the roll pan. I am going to have two on each side flushed. One will be for tail/brake and possible turn and the other is going to be tail/brake/turn and possible backup light. Something like this but not this actual one. They have more choices in their catalog...

I'm going flush mount LEDs all around. I can tell you now they are not cheep and are a pain in the ass to install. I paid 125.00 for a pair to do my front marker lights. Going to do the rear markers, roll pan with dual per side 7 1/2 inch LED's and had a custom one built to do a third...

What have you done to your square lately??

Picked up a used set of rims for a good price and decided to test fit them. The front needs to go lower but I will wait until the big block is sitting in there to make the adjustment.

    best sand blaster

Is it just me or is there something strange about this process when you are doing metal. Why would you want to wet down a bare metal panel? Would this not cause rust to form rather quickly? I can see this on fiberglass, wood, aluminum etc but not steel. I use one of those 90 lbs pressure...

Need advice on my first buy.

Not a bad looking truck. It's hard to tell from the pics but has that bed wood been sealed? I would say that is a high 3k to low 4k truck. It all depends on what these trucks go for in your area.

    New truck

Thanks Old rusty is 78 and my rolling storage area. It's holding a 5.7 tbi with a 5 speed in the back and is housing a 454 in its engine bay. Unless I come across a good cab and bed she is going to get parted out to supply parts to my 74 an 86.

    back spacing and rear wheels

Are you wanting a wider wheel or just move your existing wheel out to fill up the fender well. You could use something like this to move your wheel out but I wouldn't use them if you do heavy off roading or race...

somthing to know before removing the tail gate aluminium band ?

If I remember correctly that emblem attaches with double sided tape. I don't think it is bolted on. I have one off at home but I am out of town right now.

    New truck

Power windows are no problem. Most likely a blown fuse, dead driver side switch, broken ground wire or broken power wire at the back of the driver side switch. There are a few good threads here about repairing them. I'd be happy if I found a good LWB truck around here. I'D part it out and...

Are the rims the stock truck rallies? There were two sizes of stock rallies. I think they were 6 and 8 inch wide.

    92 K case 700R4 tear down

Pan leaking is most likely from someone over tightening the bolts and warping the gasket flange. Happens a lot on stock valve covers. Use a small hammer and flatten the area around the bolt holes. I just give the bolt a 1/2 turn after snug. You can also replace the pan with a thick flange...

    New truck

I looked at an 83 dually the other day that was rusted, with a non running 454 and they wanted 3850 firm. I passed. There was a dually on the craigslist thread in NC with a good body but a bad engine for 1200. I called the guy right after I saw it but it was sold. Just goes to show you how the...

    New truck

Only you can answer that one. It all depends whats in your area. Some here are up to their elbows with these trucks. Where I am you can't find any in the bone yards and the ones for sale, people are asking 4k plus for rusted beat up ones. So for my area I say yes but it may be too much for other...
