    Lift options.

Bought a set of 63" Tuff Country springs from ORD for my 93. I was quipped shipping, and simply added the shipping amount to the advertised price on their website. A couple days later I get my credit card statement, and see that they had charged my credit card nearly $200 more than I had...

    Lift options.

I'll advise against ORD.. www.DIY4X.com will give you the same results, with better built parts, and customer service to back them up. I don't see why you couldn't use 52" springs. Use a sway bar with quick disconnects, and the soft rate won't be an issue at all.

    Cheapest 35's

Go to your local tire stores, and ask for the cheapest tire they can get. Nexen, Nokian, GT Radial, National... All decent tire brands that I use all the time at work, that are extremely cheap. I put a set of Ford Racing 20 x 8.5 Spyder wheels on a Mustang last week, wheels and tires...

Legend has it of 400 ft lbs of torque.

Poke around any of the major magazine websites. I know Chevy High Performance and Car Craft have both done budget buildups using the 290hp base 350 crate engine, which it's basically what you're working with.

    new work truck

Tan seats are kinda nasty, plus the 92 stuff is full power. Nothing really wrong with the interior panels, just the seats are junk, and what I have it's a different color. I'm also going to put the R134a AC system in it, so I'm going to have the dash out anyways.

    new work truck

I have a complete blue bucket seat interior from a 92 that I'm thinking about installing, and then murdering it out. put some nasty tires on it, convert to composite headlights, and tow like a madman

    new work truck

Made a deal on this thing a few months back, and finally brought it home this weekend. Traded a set of 3/4 ton axles with 5.13s in them, and a well worn 465/205 combo for it. 454 runs great, body is surprisingly solid. The bad: right rear wheel is locked up, and the TH400 doesn't respond at...

i bought the wrong springs ughh (56's for sale)

Why not move the hanger back? The holes are already in the frame, then your wrong springs become the right springs.

    Tires

Excellent, now that we've got that out of the way... For your pavement princess, the BFG will be a more stable tire in all situations. Wet, dry, icy, snow covered. The only place that the Nittos will do better is in mud and fresh snow. Unless you live in some screwed up area where all of the...

Ideas for extra ports on primary tank?

What's the goal? To fill one tank from the other? What you're going to spend welding pipe couplers into the tank, you can just buy a tank switch, and be done with it.
