    There are wiring diagrams within the forum, but power in should be red - ground should be black and all others should be signal power out. One harness is signals, hazards wipers/ horn other harness is ignition. It’s been a minute so be gentle is I’m off

    Starter Solenoid

    Replace the fusible link, drop the steering column and check the slide that make the contact for the starter is moving/ is aligned, check the starter, take a jumper wire connect to the coil exciter terminal and see if your able to get it to turn over. Complete a voltage drop across the starter
