    Yup, Uniden CB power cord. Fits quite a few of the older models.

    Oiling sounds like a treatment that is best performed with all the wood exposed, dry and clean. Then after assembly, a recoat should be enough to keep the 'internals' protected. But, if that's not an option, go the Binford way - more oil!

    I think the petcocks are sized by pipe size diameter. If you aren't sure, either remove the old one and use as a sample or get a couple different sizes and return the unnecessary one(s).

    The factory brass one is still on board. Worse come to worse, the recycling value alone will probably go quite ways towards a replacement.

    Depends how fast you can swap it out, lol. Leaving the radiator cap on will help hold some of the evacuation back. Do it cold.

    Thinking I should clean up the gages while I have the column out Yeah, saddle and gray blue mixed. The last owners were, weird to say the least.
