Pillar mount unity spotlight
the handhelds are super convenient, no doubt about that. i prefer a pillar mount though. i actually do use these lights when out 'on the farm'. it is nice to point it, and it stays there, while i go fix whatever needs fixin' after the sun went down. my advice, make sure what you think is the... -

i put the historic vehicle plates on 'skidmark' and took a trip over to the unmanned state shooting range to pick up brass. (about a 10 mile round trip and the first with the newly issued plates) the new/reman/refurb/whatever carb 'tuned' for vacuum really woke that truck up on the highway... -

Restored bumper guards, and new bumper installed
ahhhh!!! my eyes! shiny....must...look...away..... :) very nice looking! yes, it does make a difference which side you put the guards on. i put mine on the wrong side the first time. looked like snaggletooth. looked straight after swapping them. ;)- WebMonkey

Battery disconnect switch...what gauge wire?
i'd just remote a high amperage latching relay and call it done. wouldn't have to worry about what gauge wire etc etc. you could even 'toggle' the relay from a 9v battery if you didn't want to run the relay actuation power from the vehicle battery. good luck!- WebMonkey

quick question about replacement wheel cylinder
i need to replace the cylinders on my rear drum brakes. my question is: does the replacement cylinder come with the 'rods' or 'plungers' that actually make contact with the shoe assemblies? or do i need to keep the old parts to put in the new cylinders? i've got the 13" brake drums on the... -

4wd indicator light wiring
my 4wd light ran down to a switch mounted on/in the transfer case. i had to replace the switch, then the light worked. good luck- WebMonkey

Oil pressure gauge question
lmc truck etc, has 0~60 psi and 0~100 psi electrical gauges. my sbc 350 uses a 0~60 psi electrical. good luck -

my '85 k20 has a line coming off that very port. about 3 inches going up to a tee junction. it then goes to the driver's side 'vacuum ball' (cannonball shaped container mounted on the fender), and the other side runs through the firewall and onto the back of the AC/heater control 'cluster'...- WebMonkey
