Bench seatback foam from LMC - anyone else installed it?

I was wondering about their seat foam kit. I need to redo my stock bench seat with new foam and seat covers. Keep us updated with your progress, and how much of a PITA it is do.

    Polishing up the gauge lens

That turned out really nice! I'll need to do the same thing to the dash lens for my pickup I just got. I'm working on the suspension and installing new carpet in it first though.

    Dash Pad Help

If you have lots of time, creativity, and patience, then by all means custom make a dash pad. I need a new dash pad for the 75 Cheyenne I just got a couple weeks ago, but I'll probably just order a new one from LMC or one from another quality company which makes them as well.

Another leaf spring question: (plastic shims).

General Spring has been around for quite a long time. I wouldn't hesitate to buy replacement springs or spring components from them.

1987 GMC Jimmy 4x4 6" lift body mount bushing replacement

Energy Suspension has always had great quality in their body mount bushings. It's personal preference to go with poly or rubber bushings, but with the amount of auto parts being made in China, I'd rather go with the Energy Suspension poly bushings as they should last longer than the inferior...

4" Suspension lift front leaf springs

After watching some videos online, I decided to buy a set of Zone Offroad front 4" leaf springs and spring eye bushings. They were showing the differences between their IFS lift components vs another lift kit manufacturer, and Zone has beefier, better made parts. Zone is under the FOX...

    Summit Shocks Anyone?

Honestly, I don't settle for less known reliability brands of shocks. I will usually find a sale on them with any of the major lift kit manufacturers, or I will go with Bilstein 5100's because of my experience with them, and Bilstein's warranty.

75 Chevy SWB 4x4 adding a saddle fuel tank on driver's side

I just got this 75 Chevy SWB 4x4 and it only has a saddle tank on the passenger side. I already bought an OEM fuel tank switch for the dash. Can I just add the fuel tank switching valve, some wiring, left 16 gal fuel tank with sending unit and straps, and either cut a hole in the left bed...

4" Suspension lift front leaf springs

I just got a 75 Chevy SWB 4x4 with brand new 35x12.5R15 Mastercraft Courser tires on 15x10 black MT wheels. The current lift looks like an older 2.5" suspension lift. I need more front tire clearance, so I'm looking for 4" front springs. I used to run Tuff Country EZ ride 4" front springs back...

Just got back into a square body

This truck was local in my rural town in NE Oregon. My friend had it listed on Facebook Marketplace for a couple days and I told him that I'd buy it. The guy he got it from lives 3 miles away in another small rural town, and that guy doesn't belong to any online groups that I know of.

Just got back into a square body

It will be staying with the same factory Grecian Bronze and Frost White paint. My Grandfather had a 77 Chevy Long bed 3/4 4x4 pickup Custom Deluxe that was Grecian Bronze with a white top. It looks like it only has 3" of suspension lift, but it will be getting either 4" Tuff Country EZ Ride...

Just got back into a square body

I just bought a 1975 Chevy SWB 4x4 from a good friend of mine for $3,500. He just put brand-new 35x12.5R15 Mastercraft Courser tires on it too. It has new 15x10 Black aluminum Pro Comp wheels on it, but they'll get swapped out for some shiny silver aluminum wheels. It runs and drives. My friend...
