I bent all the pins out slightly in the plug thinking maybe it would help contact the board better, didn’t do anything.     @mtbadbob I think I just made things worse. lol I guess the board is bad because of seating. When I seat the cluster plug in all the way, nothing works, except the brake light, which didn’t work before. If I push the top in and leave the bottom out a little, the lights come on like you see here.

    Do all the trucks have both? I thought it was a one or the other thing. Once I find the tan wire, that corresponds to the cage in the cluster, I plug it to the sending unit by the filter, right?

    Here is the circuit board. I don’t know anything about this, but I didn’t see anything that looked burned. The second pic is the purple/ yellow connector that I can’t find what it goes to. And of course I have no idea where to plug connector in third pic.

    I got these on Amazon. They are plug and play. Work great. Only middle row turn on for low beam. Sharp it off. I hate it when people put bright aftermarket lights and don’t aim them and then blind the rest of us. Aim them. Lol

    What do I measure to set toe in? Like where? How do you make those lines straight? This is above my head. Why would we need to get alignment if it seems so hard to get out of alignment.
