Rick those heads have big carved out areas in the middle (not every push rod has a smaller hole). Allows the push rod to move around as opposed to a smaller hole to keep it straighter. Just my three mechanic friends and my opinion. I'll post what Summit/BP tells me. -

Cranked mine up two days ago to back it out so I could clean up smy hop. Cranked it up to pull it back in the shop and it is now making a terrible noise. I'm guessing dropped, broken valve or rocker arm or all of the above. Hope I'm wrong. When I relax & get my info together, I'll call... -

Rick, Here's my deal: 1983 GMC Sierra Classic, short bed, original 700R4 (rebuilt) with original 2.73 rear gear. Blueprint 350 "cruiser" & according to their dyno sheet, 355 HP with a 600 Holley carb on 87 octane gas. I have 235/75/15 tires on original rally wheels. Other than rebalanced... -

Mine's a 350, 355 HP, 700R4 & 2.73 gear.......... Good for the highway at 70 - 75 MPH. Not as much fun at 45 MPH. -

Drove my truck about 500 miles on Saturday to/from the Southern Illinois Truck Show in Marion, IL. Got a shade over 18 miles to the gallon. I am thrilled !! -

Finally got around to "cleaning up" the area behind my seat. I used some 1/16" polycarbonate/acrylic type sheet plastic for the big panel and shelf. Cut the shelf part and screwed it down, then used Velcro on the big panel for the bottom and middle. After I got it straight and level (before... -
