Thanks for the feedback, but at this point, I know the intake valve on cylinder #2 is slow to close after likely striking the piston, so I believe all gases are blowing out the intake valve. I did run a scope in the first engine on cylinder #2 and didn't see any holes blown through the piston...- shortboxin

I'm sure this has been covered, but a quick search online yielded pages of 5 lug to 6 lug, not vise-versa. A quick search on this site didn't get a hit either. 1. Flushed out the evaporator and hoses. Removed the condenser and flushed out. 2. Changed the orifice tube to the .062" RED. 3. Replaced the accumulator and added 6.5oz of PAG 46. 4. Opened up the system this morning and collected all of the oil that I could. Got some drips on surfaces, floor etc. Removed the condenser, tipped it and blew it out, blew out the evap, dumped out the accumulator (stored it upside down for 2 hours and kept tipping it), and dumped the compressor...- shortboxin
