    Also, I deleted the trans range sensor. One less thing to fail later and was a simple programming for 1 signal wire on pin 34 for park/neutral (utilize trucks single wire....think it's purple).

    Still got this to measure from fender to ground at center of hub? Hoping I'll get lucky with the new monroe coil overs and have clearance. Front's are wearing out so I'm trying to prep for new tires....32's or 33's?

    Sorry for being vague, why is the price so high? I had mine changed (front/rear) for about $1,200 and that included new front wheel hubs and installation kits. I know I got a deal compared to other shops locally, but $4,100? I went with Richmond Gear so the front/rear kits were total about $500.

    Found the post: LS 4WD Per LT1, Green pin 16 is used if using the VSS from the transfer case. Otherwise, remove. That's what I did. LT1 pinouts.

    I think if you put the reluctor on the transmission output shaft, you don't have to have the "4LO" signal to the ecm. I don't use 4LO much. I didn't have an issue when I did.

    yes you can use a pass-through adapter that will give the signal and still use the cable driven speedo. I put a reluctor wheel on the output shaft of the 4l60E and drilled/tapped a hole in the trans adapter. Pretty sure I used a camaro speed sensor.

    What radiator are you using for the 5.3

    Using stock 86 k10 rad with a fitting soldered in for the steam vent line a few inches below the cap. Windstar, TYC 620270, fan for cooling using the LS trucks fan control. Trim fan housing as necessary.

    Faulty rigged

    Agree, if your going to use that type of filter, it needs to be up by the carb where you can see it easily....and you be under the hood a lot to check it. Got rid of mine the first time it failed.

    In regards to the firewall, put a rolling hydraulic jack with a piece of wood under the trans with the wheels turned forward on the jack. Lift up on the engine and pull. Adjust trans jack and/or engine lift as needed. If your on gravel, get a sheet of plywood for the trans jack.

    89-91 LMC headlight upgrade

    I got lens's off spamazon for about $28 a pair and threw in Osram H4 bulbs. Along with the LMC HL wiring kit (sucky relays), it's a huge difference.

    BTR has military discount if your active or a veteran. And a stock replacement is about the same price as an "upgrade".
