Suggestion for final drive ratio
have 3:73's in my 84 with a np833a manual 4speed. gear ratios are about the same as a 700r4. also have 295-50 15 tires. 60 miles an hour is about 2000 rpm.- malibuman402

Rear flip issues
correct me if im wrong, but it looks like the overload spring is still in the spring stack on the right side. 5 leafs instead of 4.- malibuman402

Members with 454 th400 10 bolt short wheel base trucks.
i have an 84 c10 short bed two wheel drive. i put a big block and a turbo 400 in it. all i had to do was change the front yoke. fit great- malibuman402
