OPINION: Favorite Two-Tone Paint Schemes...
that's the one, or as close as i can figure. ;) my truck 'i think' is supposed to be indian bronze metallic. single tone. my wife likes the squares with the 2nd tone centered stripe. can't remember if that was an option for my year or only rocker panel stripe.- WebMonkey

Glove Box Wire
my 85 k20 is an ac truck. it has a 'contoured' glove box pocket and NO wire. the pocket catches the dash opening. you can just get some 'flex wire' and crimp some ring terminals i would guess. good luck -

i rolled mine back by replacing it with one off ebay that had 200 miles on it. :) mileage exempt on title so nobody cares here in missouri. good luck- WebMonkey

Front brakes lock up in panic stop
my 85 k20 super double xtra heavy duty (13" drums) has a functional load valve in the rear. as the bed is loaded down, it opens the valve more and more allowing more stop juice to the drums. so, in short, my rear drums don't lock up with no load. good luck to the op, i think the front lock up... -

changed from winter shoes to summer shoes on ol' Skidmark (aka 'the flying turd') 35x12.50-15 vs stock more or less :) -

Better master cylinder?
are your rear brakes operating correctly? i know an unloaded truck will 'use the fronts' for the bulk of the 'stopping power' but i noticed a difference after rebuilding my rear drum setup. and as above, i'd check my front 'pad' material for slicking. compromised flexible lines etc. good luck! -

i'm going to go against the grain. looks like you have plenty of good projects. i'd sell it to someone that needs/wants to love on it. i get that the $$ isn't an issue but time/space that can be reallocated to another project is worth a lot here. :) good luck! -

Prop valve?
that's what i did. in my 'progress thread', i rebuilt my rear drum brakes. had a cylinder that leaked everything out. after replacing everything on both sides, i opened the front driver's side bleeder wide open and then 'quick stomped' the brake pedal several times and the brake light went... -
