how fast is your power window?
I can’t say if the motor is OEM or not. i wasn’t having any problems with them so didn’t look, just took the opportunity to grease the tracks since door panels were off. I used a white lithium grease.- WFarm

What have you done to your square lately??
Loaded him up and put him to work hauling tires and wheels from Hummer to get tires mounted to new wheels. Heavy SOBs. Funny how they make the truck look small. -

Today I picked up and installed my re-ulphostered seat. Not perfect but a darn sight better as there is no big ole burn hole anymore! Also replaced the glove box plastic as the hinge finally gave out. With this done my list of Squarebody projects is done! Time to drive and enjoy and take to... -

Removed my bench seat and took to ulphostery shop for recovering. It was in decent shape except for a big burn hole that was there when I bought it. -
I finally gave up.
Apparently they have a lot of practice doing cancellations and refunds. I got a check in a few days. It was from a Truist account so I went straight to a local branch got the cash and took that to my bank. Was relieved there were no hang ups. They also refunded the applicable shipping charges. -

I finally gave up.
Based on a tip from @andybflo i looked into Cheyenne Truck Parts and ended up ordering from them. Complete kit, dyed the correct Burgundy. Took 8 days from order to installed. Made the 18 month waste of time with USA1 even more ridiculous. Live and learn. Dash looks good and popped right in... -

Thank you for the info @rwjtexas. I’m ordering the dash in black and will dye it. Have some experience with dying from doing my door panels after reading threads here on how and what to use. Do you recommend fitting it first, then dying it and then installing? -

Bought a OBD/OBD2 scanner to read trouble codes, diagnose and clear codes after repairs. So far very pleased with it. Even sends me reports via email. -

i asked Dashes Direct yesterday if they had the dash in any colors other than black. Their response? “You can contact USA 1 Industries and they can dye the dash pad for you.” I almost screamed........lol -
