Welcome aboard! :D Jim, you beat me to it... Hell, I put a later model quad on my 454 with a few tweaks and she's running pretty good. Still need to tune it as I think she's still running fat, but it's a work in progress. If I can find them cheap enough I snatch 'em.- SlickGTP

Can't find one of the entire cluster, but this gives an idea... The tach doesn't have and LED on it, so you can ignore it.- SlickGTP

Scored a factory tilt column w/cruise on the turn signal... $20... I went to look at a bed for the truck and the guy just had it laying there. Think I'll be passing on the bed though. Every bed I look at has issues... :think: -

Took the ol' girl out for a spin to go pick up the hydroboost system from Pops and tested the dual tank set up... no glitches... w00t!!! :waytogo: Thanks Pops!!! Also picked up a tilt column and a few other little things here and there... :) -

Hmmm... My thought is if the LEDs are the ones that need to be put in a certain way. Unless they have the circuitry to make it where it doesn't matter. By their nature, LEDs only allow current in one direction. The other thought that I have is whether or not you have a bi-metal flasher...- SlickGTP

Yup yup... Only thing different on the tanks are the filler tubes depending on bed vintage and side... But, I have dual tanks now, so I'll have to figure some way of hooking the one up that doesn't have a fuel door. Not a biggie... :) -

The trim under the rear window is easy... it's the corner pieces that hold it in place side to side that's the issue. you have to get a wrench up inside the b pillars to get the sheet metal nuts that hold them on and then you can slide the long piece off. Drove me nuts... wish I had had my... -

Not too worried about it... My original bed is a single fill, but I installed an aux tank and have the filler neck rigged to under the wheel well at the moment. I'll figure out something. @HR: yeah, I thought about that too. Also thought about relocating to the wheel well in the bed, but...
