You can not swing a dead ford without hitting a graphic shop in my area. Decals and wraps are not that pricey. Call a local to you shop and see what they say. Eric- waterpirate

Grill guard question.
Unless you are push starting sprint cars, the bumper bolt option is prolly fine. The guards are more of an accent/light mount than functional. Eric- waterpirate

Rust never sleeps even when you cover it up. On a scale of 1-10 for seriousness, that is a 3 or 4. I would grind clean, weld or braze, then smooth and fill with body filler. It will always come back, wash rinse repeat unless headed for the concourse. Eric- waterpirate
