2 or 3" isn't a radical lift. LMC has a 3" body lift kit for $160. Amazon has front/rear shocks for 2/3" lift for $200. I've never done a lift. Gentlemen, what else does this entail?- mlsceo

I used the spacers to raise it a bit after installing 2.5" drop spindles with 2" lowering springs. Aftermarket springs were weak, front was a bit too low. Spacers worked great.- mlsceo

Mcbayperformance.com, I used their coil spring spacers to lift my truck and am happy with the result. Easy to install, several options as to desired amount of lift, and only around $60. I used the aluminum 3/4 turn spacers that fit under the spring. SKU:1700T_SERIES on the website. A 1" thick...- mlsceo

Anyone on 20 inch smoothies with a 3/5 drop?
225-60-17 has a diameter of 27.6". 275-45-20 comes in at 29.7, so the 20s will be quite a bit taller. Wish I could offer more help.- mlsceo

Can anyone identify this rubbing noise?
My son's truck was making that noise. It was bad wheel bearings. You may have a bad wear pattern that's not readily visible.- mlsceo

Old wheel bearing grease cans.
I have a pretty big collection of quart oil cans, all sealed and all metal. The oldest is a glass bottle from the 20's, that one is empty. Yeah, your cans have some value to those who collect them. -

No issues with runout, suspension, etc. My truck runs down the road smooth as can be at 75mph. I'll say it again, it is a very minor modification.- mlsceo

Wheels are not returnable if they have been painted or had tires mounted. Says so on the website where I ordered mine, Coker tire. I'm gonna take a wild guess and say Summit website says so as well. Hence the term and procedure, "test fit" I put a little masking tape on mine to protect them...- mlsceo
