Washer nozzle 90 Suburban?
Have you disconnected the hoses at the cowl and verified good flow to both sides? Then try it with the hose disconnected just at the nozzles to verify the rubber hose on the arms is ok. If that's all good then try soaking the nozzles in vinegar and using a squeeze bulb to force it through them...- skysurfer

What body color paint?
Keep in mind that even if you have the exact GM color for your truck it's still not going to match. Thirty years of weathering has made your paint a one-off color and nothing from a can will blend in perfectly.- skysurfer

Is a hydroboost swap worth it?
Agree with what's been said already. If your current setup can make the tires skid to a stop then hydroboost might not make that much difference to you. My issue was brakes that couldn't get anywhere close to lockup after installing 35" tires. HB gave me 2.5 times the braking pressure over... -

That's almost right. The flow direction at the case of a th400 is out the bottom and in the top. The top line is the return so the aux cooler should be plumbed so the flow is out the bottom of the tranny to the bottom of the radiator, out the top of the radiator to the bottom of the cooler, out... -

I don't know if there's a right or wrong way to route the cooler lines. Getting a leak is a long shot at best, but if there was one I'm not sure if air getting to the transmission would be that big of a deal. Isn't there some air above the fluid inside the trans anyway? As long as there isn't a... -

Installed the ebay trans cooler that Rusty Nail linked to a while back. First thing I had to do was make some brackets and mount them on the core support. Was wishing I had one of those cool dimple die stamps while making these, would have been a nice touch. I don't trust having just hose... -

Rough country lift
Shocks won't help with stiff springs, it's gonna ride like an empty hay wagon and you'll hate it. My RC springs sucked from the day I installed them to the day they went in the dumpster. I replaced them with Tuff Country EZ Rides.- skysurfer

Why bother with inspections if you don't have to? We can't even do an LS swap in Cali without having to meet the much tighter standards for the newer engine. Kinda takes the fun out of it if you don't pass the test and end up with a vehicle you can't register. Buy pre-'76 and do whatever you...- skysurfer

The original receipt for mine is missing so I googled Walbro 190 and the only kit that matched all the same bits was the 710-2. I know the kit I installed was for Mustangs and so is the 710-2 so I took an educated guess that it's the same kit. I'm thinking the 43 psi refers to the rating...- skysurfer
