Wipers barley working
Not sure what year you have, but i fought the same problem for a long time on my 90 suburban until I finally replaced the wiper delay module that's mounted under the steering column. Fixed the problem completely- R Carnella

Speedometer Problem
hmm i would check that the new cable is not to long,and by that i mean could the center cable be longer than the original one and pushing against the inner gearing when fully seated in? causin inner cable to bined? its the only thing i can think of that would cause a presumed good cable to make...- R Carnella

Roof insulation
It's finished and I've been driving it everyday I did replace all weather strip and glass rubber. I started buying parts about a year before stripping it down (pre pan) so fortunately i had no issues actually getting the parts. Also bought all rubber from precision rubber.com- R Carnella

Electric Rear Window
It's most likely a poor connection at the tailgate, the two pin connector comes from the dash switch then there's a single power wire that feeds the tailgate key switch- R Carnella
