Spark plug gap closed fresh rebuild
Don't know exactly - but north of 175 psi. Take out all plugs. Crank on each cylinder with the tester installed, let it pulse 4 times. you should not see a variation of more than 10% hole to hole.- Nardulli

I would not run that engine until you diagnose the problem. Make sure that plug is the same as all the others. Pull the other plugs and do a compression test on that cylinder. If you have a borescope that would be something I would do first. if it is the correct plug, and like all the others...- Nardulli

Small Block choices: A feller has too many
#3 block and the 64cc heads it is. Block and heads headed to the machine shop Monday. There's .050 piston to deck clearance which is too much. not going all the way to zero deck but probably .o10 to .015. Hardened valve seats and threaded studs and a valve job. I'll port the heads on intake...- Nardulli

UPDATE: Option 1 is FUBAR. See pics. Crank has been cut .010 already and is scored again. 3 cylinders are cracked. I magna-fluxed them and, well, you can see the result.- Nardulli
