    Radiator guy called me yesterday and said he couldn't find a leak in it. Hmm I swear it was leaking on the truck. Maybe not from Radiator. Oh well 20 bucks for pressure test. So now just need to put it in and see what happens.

    I dropped off the other radiator my neighbor gave me because it's in better shape than the other one. One last try at it before I buy a new aluminum one. I'm gonna leave the fan shroud off this time to see if that makes a difference. Because I don't remember it leaking until I rigged it to fit...

    Yes he pressure testedit 3 tines. It wasn't leaking until I took it for a spin. I think the vibration opened another leak. I let it get to temperature in the driveway and then took it for a short drive and got back to a leak. Idk

    Put the repaired radiator in and drove it around the block and it is leaking again! I didn't even look much at it and shut it off and came in as it's started raining. Fck me! I'm probably gonna send it to my mechanic and tell him to put in a new aluminum one with electric fans. I'm done trying...

    Yes I used a side marker socket and bulb as a resistor and it works great. Before it wouldn't even crank. Lol

    Guy just called and my radiator is fixed. I'll be picking it up after work for 65 bucks. Seem on the side tank at bottom cracked. I'm super happy now I don't have to buy a new one.

    Mine are different on the 82. That's why I was wondering. That'll work. Mine bolt on top and go straight over the top of the shroud to hold it on.

    How'd you get it mounted to core support? It looks too short to use stock top mounts. That's the only problem I've seen with the aftermarket aluminum radiator. I'm having my old one repaired to see if that will work. Looks good tho.

    Mine has been needing attention fir a long time. The old rubber ones were just that old and two were missing. And these are made of a better material. I don't know how to describe it except it's soft but firm and it's not rubber.

    I could also engrave a custom one for you if you want. I put this on my camaro over a year ago. Then got pulled over by Texas dps twice coming and going home from California. You're supposed to have a front plate but only dps pulled me over for it. Local cops don't gaf. So I put it back on. Lol
