Yes 2WD. And, yes, the Dana, the 454, and the crew cab are awesome. No telling how well off the engine and rear end and rebuilt transmission are. My mind immediately goes to cruising with some power and not hard work for another 100,000.- JamesSam

The seller told me the paving company may have put the Dana 60 on it. They likely put the Jasper transmission in. I understand Jasper is rebuilt transmissions.- JamesSam

I saw a 1999, 2 wd 3500 for sale while traveling and called about it. It was pretty rough but had potential. Owner selling has had it for 3 years and used it to haul mainly trash, and said the heaviest load he ever had in it was busted concrete as high as the cab and it barely made the bed...- JamesSam

What have you done to your square lately??
Same driver's side bedside panel not in direct sun light: top with paint like it should look, and the clouded part on lower portion. Then just the lower portion with camera slightly backed off. Is it possible this can buff out? -

Not sure if that means touched up here and there as I would imagine. I do know there is a receipt from a touch up on the roof and the painter at the shop recommended the whole truck be stripped and repainted in the notes. -

I do not know if it is 2 stage or single. I did ask the PO when I was buying it if it was original and he said it had been repainted. -

I washed it and spray waxed it because it was about time to, I wanted to drive it to the bay today, and in hopes of getting some cloudiness in the paint out. Unfortunately it appears the $60 "waterproof" cover I bought off Slambazon is not 100% waterproof. It definitely said it was 100%... -

So are you still planning to use the VGG wipe on clear coat? I thought I read that you weren't too impressed with it. -

Chad @ChuckN , please post about how it goes. I love the way my truck looks even with the fading on it's roof, and beginnings of clearcoat peeling here and there. I have given some thought to wetsanding and then ceramic coating, but also want to see and hear about other methods to bringing old... -
