Intske manifold gasket question
Grey Permatex (with the green writing) for gear oil is the most reliable that I have found for nearly everything. Mounting fender emblems should not cause this much anxiety!
My suggestion is not to drill or use tape. As stated above, you are going to see the tape through the emblem unless you want to play arts&crafts with an exact-o knife. And that adhesive tape is not as strong as emblem adhesive. Not only are you going to pierce a really nice paint job, but it...- Broken85

FUEL TANK CAPACITY 1982 K10 4x4

Replacing front brake lines - remove proportioning valve?

You will need 3/8 fuel line for the supply, 5/16 for the return and 1/4 for the vent. 1987 V10 fuel pumps, gas guage not working
Unplug the switch valve under the truck. Get a test light and check for 12v on the tan/ white wire. This is not a dual tank wiring diagram, so I am not sure what color the wire is for the passenger side, but tan/white will probably be the driver side tank. Truck runs very very rough
Get it to like 1500 RPMs and spray carb and choke cleaner in it until it almost stalls out. Do it like a dozen times. We have to do this once in a while because all the trucks are running on the same 85-86 octane fuel the tractors get. Should get a nice idle after that.- Broken85

You have to tear the steering wheel down to the tumbler, but you do not have to get near the tilt wheel or blinker/highbeam/cruise switch. Unbolt the column from under the dash too. Agreed. The patch is past the hanger so there will be no vertical torque on it from the suspension, so even an amateur fishplate job will do. A Reese hitch is likely going to install under both sides of the seem, and even if you do tow something this will be horizontal torque and your fish...- Broken85

How old is your radiator? Is it old and maybe a little plugged up?? Maybe it’s time for a replacement ? -

I did this as well on my 85 K10. Cold Case is a solid radiator. I modified the original brackets and then 3D printed new inserts for the top and bottom. You can buy all 134a you want on Amazon. Just make sure you are buying refrigerant and not dye for 134a only.
