Gelled fuel or bad pump?
Do you have an electric pump upstream of the primary filter? If not, that would suck air in, not push fuel out. Stopping as abruptly as if the key was turned off seems to me to lean away from fuel gelling, and I'm not sure that's cold enough to gel it anyway. I'd be looking first at the...- backwoodsman

33” tire rim width
I'm surprised no one has mentioned that tire manufacturers specify a range of rim widths for each tire. It'll be on their website. The 33x12.5's I've checked specify a minimum 8" rim. It seems like a bad idea to deviate from the manufacturer's specs on something on which safety depends so...- backwoodsman

That doesn't always work, especially if there's rubber fuel hose in the system.
