Stripped Holes in Rally Wheels
Since the caps only use 3 bolts, rotate them and drill/tap new holes in the rims. Done. :33:

I have found there is a difference between the 73-80 and 81-up front brackets. Don't know why they changed.

76 k20 driveshaft to front of transfer case front end yoke question, looks and measures similar to Dorman 697-500
Should be lots in the scrap yards. Someone here might have an extra.

It sounds like an electrical problem to me, check your grounds and fusible link at the starter.
