    I would do some diagonal measurements to see if it's parallel, if it is, straighten the frame rail and weld on some horns from a junkyard... call it done. If it's out of square, swap the frame.

    Use the body mounts for the frame, 2wd and 4wd frames use different mounts. The mounting surface of the cabs are all the same.

    You might have to adjust the "ignition switch" at the bottom of the column. I don't think your problem is in the lock/tumblers.
