First attempt at tint not great but not too terrible no bubbles but my trimming needs work still have to do the back window and got plenty to redo the fronts later I think my original idea to pull the window out will make the trimming easy and perfect fit -

The condenser will most likely net the biggest change especially if it's a tube and fin style the flat serpentine style will work slightly better and typically works for both r12-r134a the more modern parallel flow will work best with r134-r1234 we didn't mess with swapping orafice tubes to much... -

@Goldie Driver make shure it's got a good fan clutch and seal up the condenser/rad/fan shroud with foam rubber etc. -

If your using a machine to fill there is high chance the refrigerant is contaminated when I ran a a/c shop we used a vacuum pump and a scale with a fresh tank of refrigerant only used the machine for evac and testing -

I seen worse but that's not good need to flush the evap and lines drain the compressor and change the accumulator, if your running r134 you need to swap condensers if you have the tube style it won't cool right I'm assuming your doing this because it's not cooling correctly don't forget you... -

Thanks, I watched a few videos on it, the fronts Im considering pulling out of the truck and doing them the back will have to be cut and installed from inside since the headache rack is in the way -

Some cheap sound and thermal insulation for the 83 thinking it will help keep some of the heat out of the cab from the big block just need to get a fresh rubber floor also got some cheap 5% ceramic tint trying to keep some of the 90+ heat out of the truck -

I would i Because it's cool, my 83 the cab is mint but the 75 is rough enough I would consider it eventually donor cabs are going away my 75 was going to be gutted and crushed frames perfect cabs decent roof is rough roof skins exist but basically impossible to find I can get everything else... -

not as familiar with the TBI trucks but my old 91 c2500 was a 350 4speed I called it my Corvette truck lol nothing heads intake cam and some headers won't fix just about to do the same to mine headers first eventually top end or maybe I'll pull it apart toss in some better pistons and rods bump... -

Sweet looking setup what is the gears in your truck my 83 k3500 454/th400 has 4.56 on 235/85r16 doing 3000rpm at 55 right in peak power curve and will pull the house up the 8east grade so maybe gearing maybe old smog equipment?cats? also they are old trucks don't expect it to pull like a 2020... -
