Im in CA the Ethanol content is high I had to replace the accelerator pump (viton) to handle it I use a bit of stabil hard to get ethanol free gas here it really gunk's everything up -

Yup they are 7.5r16 and who knows how old new bushings came in today tires just have to wait for a bit pretty limited on size I can run on the duals+being a cab and chassis truck I don't want to use spacers so 235/85r16 is what I'm looking for -

Replacing what I see is bad king pins and tie rods are good and tight spring/sway bushings are toast could be the tires are really old but they still hold wind :laughing1: -

Went ahead and jacked up the front end to double check and everything feels good no play in anything stabilizer should be here soon so I'll pop it on and see how she handles -

Everything feels good stabilizer has been leaking for awhile and is totally blown out I remember my Jeep did the same awhile back everything was tight stabilizer was leaking I believe it to be my main culprit the leaf bushings are pretty bad and the sway bars rubber is missing bushings either... -

Old girl started to death wobble around 30+ if I hit a bump so I got the front end bushings and stabilizer coming all this 40year old rubber starting to let go still got to get the rear bushings found it more affordable piecing it out than getting the front and rear kit -

Made some more bars think I'm going to section the front fenders so they don't hang below the bumper haven't seen anyone else do it that way usually people just trim it -

Lower bars on still have to cap the ends and make the outside mounts and finish boxing in the center mounts and weld the back side of everything may add another few bars between headlights and blinkers and cross bars to fill the gap in-between center and headlight hoops if that makes sense -

Wish I had a shop here's my view from the back door rain coming so not much work getting done on the rig center bars are welded up got the lower bars ready to weld in closing in on the completed look -

Thanks those were just some scrap 45 cuts I was thinking the same it will be a twisted 45 so it lines up with both the top and side
