    You boys, @bucket and @TotalyHucked aren't living in the real world. So many of the idler arms installed on many different rigs were mounted in slotted holes, that is there was up and down movement where it attached. There IS some leeway......I wasn't talking about inches and I DID say to keep...

    The idler rms that I've worked with have a full 360 degree swing, that is they will completely turn a round. You may be able to get by with moving the support closer to the frame, but you are gonna have to keep it level with the pitman arm to keep the same arc.
