Do I need different gears with 33” tires and 4” lift
What 4 speed Muncie do you have? I am running 33s with 3.42 gears with an SM465 4 speed. I am fairly happy with it but it was never a dragster before the mud grips. If I were going from the ridiculously tall gears you have I would suggest going to 3.73s.- Redfish

Bolts holding power window to regulator miss matched
I think you need to use pop rivets for that. You can use screws if you don't have a rivet gun. I bought a rivet gun since I needed one anyway, they are not expensive.- Redfish

Actually...no. That is not what it is for. It provides power to the fuel pump if the primary electrical circuit fails. I thought exactly what you said, but the electrical schematic plainly shows it in parallel, not in series. paging @bucket for an amen...- Redfish

Cruise control works for a while then starts to lose speed
Y'all are starting to hurt my feelings. I am following this thread because my Cruise Control won't hold unless I am above 50mph and then it won't last very long. And my truck isn't exactly a "city slicker" truck. It does get used but it is a lot nicer truck inside than I expected to find.- Redfish

What size tires for 4 inch lift?

Doesn't look to me like you need a template. Your truck looks fantastic to me. I just found out how far NORTH you are, was hoping you were closer. I will be at Cruisin the Coast this year, you should consider bringing that Red Truck down there. -

Did it help? My '87 still has quite a bit of slop but I think most of it in the gearbox itself. I am considering replacing the bearing at the bottom end of the steering column but really don't know if that will help at all.
