What have you done to your square lately??

Ok moved things around in the garage now that holiday season is over and that stuff is put away. Decided to finish the Drivers door. Panel, arm rest, door crank, and all the appropriate felt window seals. I guess this is what I get for going with the cheapest door panels at the time. OER ordered...

    Chuck’s engine build thread!

Just a word of caution for those metal brushes. If you have a dog take a magnet over the floor after every use. cost me $300 to have the vet remove one of those wires from her paw. They don't come out easy and you'll be surprise how many of those wire are on the floor.

What have you done to your square lately??

It doesn't take much just a little movement from a crack in the frame translates to a lot of movement in the steering! Throw in a couple bad bushings and death wobble rears it's ugly head.

Your favorite old car/truck that you regret selling!

1954 chevy truck. My dad bought me one for $500. I sold it and bought my 1st square, 1973 k10, big block 396 with a 400 trans. Wish I had kept the 54. I would have it looking like this now

Lift options and recommendations for a 1980 Jimmy

That's what I would do, Trim some of the rear side of the wheel opening. My first truck after I graduated from high school was also a 73 K10, not lifted. And I wanted bigger tires at the time. I smacked a car being an id10t and the body shop that fixed it trimmed the wheel well's. welded the lip...
