Where's the resistor in the coil pink wire from ignition switch?
When it has a small body/cap HEI it has a separate coil. The HEI with the coil in the distributor uses full 12V. IDK is it the same for the small cap HEI with external coil? I think I add more confusion than anything else.. :D- ali_c20

Welcome from Austria. Wide tires are not good for mileage. 3.73 gears are also not great. A diesel and a 5 speed manual trans would give you best mileage.- ali_c20

To seal or not to seal rockers
Drain holes and fluid film. I use FLUID FILM Liquid AR in rocker panels. You have to heat it up to ~115° before you spray it in. Viscosity is like thick honey and it should last ~15 years.- ali_c20

Which Master cylinder......mismatched parts
Brake pedal is for the hydroboost? Forgot to ask this in my first post I would put everything together and test it on a remote stretch of street or a big parking lot. Or go to a shop that has brake testing system. You can add an adjustable prop valve additional to the existing proportioning... -
Which Master cylinder......mismatched parts
The right proportioning valve gives the right brake bias. Master cylinders just puts out the pressure, proportioning valve reduces the pressure to the rear. What was the drum size on the original K20 axle? Is your proportioning valve working? Do you have the proportioning valve of the donor axle... -

Welcome from Austria. Couple of friends and I bought a 68 Catalina after too many bottles of Gin in Poland. Was running and driving like the ad said but only for 50 yards before 3 cylinders opted out. When we wanted to push it in the shop after 3 yards the brakes seized. Interior is nice.- ali_c20

LMC vinyl headliner vs USA1 perforated vinyl headliner
I have the usa1 perforated vinyl headliner. Not in the truck yet as projects times always explode on my projects Can't say anything bout fitment but quality, look and feel is great. -
