Master Cylinder
There are also non quick take up master cylinders with the plastic reservoir. If you don't want to crawl into the rabbit hole of master cylinder data to find a matching one replace what was on the truck. -

Shift indication cable tab
Cut off and glue on should work. Use good 2k epoxy glue, degrease and prep all parts good. A small reeinforcement plate would be good if it's possible to fit it somewhere.- ali_c20
