    I would finish the fab work and put it on top of the rails. Driveline angles have to be adjusted anyways on a custom build.

    This looks like an oem bumper to me. It's stamped out of 1 piece which requires heavy tools. The aftermarket step bumpers I've seen have the middle part where the trailer hitch is separate and the top diamond plates are welded on. I don't know if the style of the step bumper has changed between...

    HEI Modules

    I run a DUI distributor and the module works as it should since 2014. I changed 1 module long time ago (el cheapo from PO to ACDelco) and I used good thermal paste. I gave this distributor to a friend and it still works. Don't cheap out on them and install with thermal paste. My 0.02$

    73 Rear Brakes locked up and will not roll

    Try to loosen the self adjusters and hit the drums with a hammer (not like a mental). Or break the hold down spring cup. Take care of your backing plate, they are not produced anymore.

    I only have a glow shift fuel pressure gauge. Works and looks good. Quality of the gauge is real nice.

    What do those of us with '73s do if we want to replace the HVAC controls?

    Can you bolt in the 74 unit? I would try to figure out the vacuum ports and fan switch pin out. The heater control cable is the same from 73 - 87.

    That's normal they took what had have in storage. The stampings on my 74 C20 frame are mixed 73 and 74.
